About the venue – 2KW

Executive Chef, Sam Christopher’s goal is simple. To bring a sense of memory and love to the food at 2KW. Using premium local and native Australian ingredients, Sam’s exciting new menu brings culinary theatre to the rooftop diner, where you’ll find him at the helm of the Josper oven, or out on the floor, carving at the table and pouring sauces.

“I love South Australia. The coast, the hills. Our local growers and producers are amazing, and I want to showcase this. Making people happy through great food, good wine and excellent service is my passion – now I get to do it on the 2KW rooftop! The food needs to reflect that. I want people to feel like they could be in London, New York, Singapore or Tokyo.”
