With a focus on leadership and high performing teams, hear panellists provide their own learnings and insights from a wide variety of industries.

Special guest Chris Scott (Head Coach of the Geelong Football Club) will share his thoughts on the Grand Finalists along with his philosophies on culture and building trust to elevate team performance.

About the venue – William Magarey Room, Adelaide Oval

Nestled within the iconic Adelaide Oval, this space is named after William Ashley Magarey, a visionary who left an indelible mark on the world, both in terms of business and sport.

Floor to ceiling windows at the south of the room provides guests with an unimpeded view of the beautiful River Torrens and Adelaide’s CBD whilst the peaceful surrounds of Adelaide Oval lay waiting at the northern end of the room.

Our Speakers

Vikki Friscic

Vikki has over 30 years’ experience in the Media Industry and over 20 years’ experience in a Leadership role. In May this year Vikki joined Seven Network as the Managing Director of the Adelaide operation and is part of the Seven Australia Leadership team.

Prior to taking on the role at Seven Vikki had over 22 years’ experience running a successful media agency in Adelaide called Carat.

Vikki had been a partner in the agency, rebranded the agency, sold the agency to a global organisation called dentsu, managed a 4-year earnout and then went on to work for dentsu.

Vikki is passionate about developing and growing high performing teams who love where they work.

Rob Chapman

Rob Chapman’s professional journey gained momentum as he established himself as a successful businessman in South Australia. His leadership skills and strategic thinking led him to key positions within various companies, where he demonstrated an exceptional ability to drive growth and innovation.

Rob has had an extensive executive career within the financial services industry, having acted as both the Chief Executive Officer of St George Banking Group (2010 – 2012) and the Managing Director of BankSA (2002 – 2010).

Prior to these CEO roles, Rob had extensive experience in a range of funds management and Banking roles.

He became a pivotal figure as the chairman of the Adelaide Football Club, a position he held for several years. During his tenure, Chapman’s visionary leadership played a crucial role in guiding the club through both triumphs and challenges.

Under his guidance, the Adelaide Crows achieved notable successes on and off the field. Chapman’s commitment to fostering a strong club culture and investing in player development contributed to the team’s achievements. His strategic decisions and unwavering support for the club cemented his reputation as a respected figure within the AFL community.

Rob currently serves as a Director on a number of prominent Australian Boards including the Adelaide Airport Ltd, Coopers Brewery Ltd and the Adelaide Football Club.

Daniel Healy

Daniel began his 30-year relationship with Leading Teams while playing football at SANFL club, Central District. His move to AFL club, St Kilda, coincided with Ray McLean, Leading Teams Founder, delivering the Performance Improvement Program there in the mid-1990s.

Daniel was one of the founding athlete facilitators delivering Leading Teams workshops in schools and to at risk youth. He began full time employment with Leading Teams over 10 years ago, after a successful teaching (B.ed Maths/Science) and coaching career (accredited AFL Level 3 coach). Daniel is now a Director of Leading Teams.
